Administrative Unterstützung für Alltag, Büro & Business

Sometimes your passion isn't found on a direct path, but somewhere along the journey.

My professional journey began in the creative field, as a florist. While I enjoyed the creative work, I found myself drawn to what happened behind the scenes: the organising, planning, and coordinating that made everything come together. After completing my apprenticeship with distinction, I attended commercial school in Schwyz and found my place in organising, structuring and making things run smoothly.

I gained experience across different sectors, from young start-ups to international companies. My time at American Express in England left a lasting impression. Working in a multicultural environment, I saw firsthand how colleagues from around the world work and communicate. It gave me a much richer understanding of what makes international collaboration work.

When I returned to Switzerland, I joined Caffè Lattesso, a young and dynamic company. In this fast-paced environment, I wore many hats: coordinating across departments, managing processes, and diving into both day-to-day operations and bigger-picture strategy. The small team setting taught me to take initiative, adapt to changing situations, and find practical solutions.

Later, my path led me to Max Felchlin AG, a traditional Swiss company known for its fine chocolates. There, I worked in export and strategic purchasing and learned how important precision, quality and reliable partnerships are.

In 2022, our daughter was born. This new chapter gave me the chance to pause and reflect on what I want from my professional life going forward. After completing my Bachelor's in Business Administration, I decided to start my own project focused on what I know best: helping people navigate new environments and get organised.

That focus comes from lived experience. Through my husband, who is himself an expat, I've seen firsthand what it means to arrive in Switzerland and navigate the challenges, not just language barriers, but cultural and organisational differences too. These insights shaped how I wanted to support others.

I build bridges, bring people together and help them feel at home. Since 2019, I've been an Ambassador for the Lucerne InterNations Community, where my co-ambassador and I host monthly meetups for expats. These get-togethers create space for people to connect, exchange experiences, and find their community in Switzerland. They're also a great opportunity to meet me in person and talk through any administrative or organisational challenges you're facing to see how I might be able to help. Find out more under Events.

Today, I combine everything that defines me: organisational talent, international experience, and a love of structure. I support private individuals, non-profit organisations, and small businesses with administrative and organisational tasks. My goal is to give you more time and headspace, so you can focus on what truly matters to you.
